Hello from Norfolk...England.
Hi everyone, I came upon this site when searching for info on spinning..and it looks such a friendly site that I decided to stay!
I have always been into self sufficiency (my Dad was a very keen 'make do and mend' kinda person and this was in the very early sixties when he was regarded as a bit of a freak for his weird ideas) I have an allotment, keep Bee's and poultry, knit, sew, and am keen to learn how to spin. I also make cheese, and cure my own bacon and hams....with meat from organic farmers - I don't keep pigs.
I an now off to have a read of the boards!

To be sure it's a grand place... and what a glorious day today, the sun warm on your back... and me stuck in the doctors surgery!
Nevermind, got plenty of knitting done though!
