She was the first one I ever noticed to come up on the thingy down at the bottom of the forum main page.... showed her age too
Happy Birthday Julie, hope you had a great day..... and you don't look a day over 25

Re: Happy Birthday, Julie
Hi Everyone!!!
Thankyou for all your Burpday Greetings!! Very Much Appreciated....
NO mucky weekends - unfortunately... (sob!) Just had a busy (family) few days & each time I got on the PC, there just wasn't time to reply to threads.... oh, but I'm planning an evening sat here on Ish & am going to get my post count as high as MMM's by 11pm... well, that's my short term ambition for this evening, anyway....
In the meantime, I have to say that MuddyWitch is a veritable Witch indeed!! From her & her hubby, I received John Seymour's Guide to Self-Sufficiency, which was the one book I didn't have (I had the choice a few months back & I chose the Ish Bible
)
And if that wasn't enough, today I then get some Courgette (Gold Rush) & Marigold seeds - and I'm sure I haven't told her about my aversion to courgettes...... My mum used to make me eat them - but I hated them.... (slimy & bitter) and this year, it was my plan to grow some 'nice' ones & try them again, but cooked *properly*, not the way they were served up to me by Mum.... (goodness knows what she used to do to them)
So, MuddyWitch, I bow to your witchiness - as long as you don't tell Leah - who drew me a special picture for my birthday - me with my witch hat & broomstick, casting a spell on a chinese dragon to make him small & putting out his fire!!
(Yes, I really CAN do that, Leah said so.
)
So once again, Thanks Everyone! I had a nice day - would have been better if Andy had been home earlier than 10pm, but I have him home 4 days a week, now, so watch out this weekend - haha!
And, MMM - do you need anyone else to be a burp monitor? I'll gladly help Al, & it's not often I'm AWOL.....
