I totally agree - and don't think that it is off-thread.
Music and dancing play a large part of life here in our household and we sing nursery rhymes - with variations too sometimes but generally on Jonathan's lead - often nonsense variations of twinkle twinkle - it makes us all laugh - another good medicine.

I must admit - if I looked after pigs, I would rather resent being called a pig man... Even if they called me "a female pig man". That's just incorrect. Should they advertise for a pig man or pig woman? Sounds too complicated.Shirlz2005 wrote: In my local paper today I spotted two jobs... one for a pig person and another for a person friday!
But I do think that Oxfam went a bit too far when they labelled their ginger bread products at Christmas "ginger bread person"... They were clearly men, they didn't wear a skirt!

No prejudices here, please - there are big women, too! (And big persons, I'm sure.)
But they almost called the men with the white coats when I burst out laughing in the middle of a busy shop, after seeing that label... Don't know whether they still do it, that was two Christmasses away.
