me and the husband ('catalyst' on here) live on a smallholding in central portugal, trying to be as self-sufficient as possible - www.portugalsmallholding.org

not sure it was such a great idea though, i've been on the forum ALL DAY reading all the wonderful posts. i've not even got dressed yet!
my excuse is i woke up with a horrible sore throat and headache, so sitting in front of the stove with tea and the self-sufficientish forum is good medicine. possibly being out in the garden in the sunshine would be better tho ...
