No. Maybe she's off work sick again, as she only uses their computer. Do you have her phone no?

I called her this morning and left a message - but just now received an email saying that her satellite dish was affected by the snow - she'll be catching up tonight!!

Phew!! I hate not hearing from folk.

I was going to send a mass email to tell everyone who has not found the back up that it was back up, really with Ina in mind as she is one of the people I expect to be on here whenever I check for new messages. If her dish is down she might not even know that there has been site trouble.

I think it is supposed to be decent weather for her corner of scotland so I expect it will be sorted soon.

Yep, I'm back on - hoorrahh!!!

It's incredible how much I rely on the net nowadays... Didn't know what to do with myself the last few days! A whole week without e-mails. And couldn't even get into the car and go to the library and use their PCs, because we were effectively snowed in until Sunday. Actually, my little car probably still won't make it onto the road.

It looked stunning, though. Heard today that that was the most snow Aberdeenshire has had in the last 40 years or so.

my car just got down the drive this afternoon - no chance of getting it back up though - it's now parked by the side of the road.
