Just a quick question.
I've cooked a full packet of dried marrowfat peas and there are far too many
Do you think they will freeze OK?
Thanks

Mushy peas are one of our indulgences here in France. I bring packs over with us and make them up as and when. I have half a panful in the freezer right now. If the last lot was anything to go by they will just as delicious as when they are first made.
Growing old is much better then the alternative!

Yep, I've frozen them in the past, too. No problem at all.

We are always freezing cooked dried beans because we always end up with way too many after we soaked them lol
We've never had any problems cooking, freezing and then defrosting any of our peas and beans :)
