Lots of snow here - school bus (landrover) still turned up though, but I noticed a few folk having difficulty getting up the hill.

I took Andy to Alnwick today - to show him the railings I put some lard in my handbag just in case! . He's still here on my sofa with a belly full of fish pie and a beer in his hand. We're just about to go out into the garden to have a bonfire. Then I'll make sure he has a good nights sleep, a decent breakfast, a flask of tea and a sarnie and send him on his way!

I remember that holiday! On the same holiday Dave got his cagoule zip caught in his teeth for about half an hour. Of course, 4 year old me was perfectly well behaved
