Peanut and honey cookies

Post: # 122993Post mrsflibble »

SOOO NOT ALLERGY FRIENDLY. this was originally a chocolate viennese whirl recipe which I adapted to suit my need for biscuits and swiftly emptying store cupboard.

Honeynut cookies
4.5oz butter (unsalted) plus a little for greasing the tray
6tbsp icing sugar (confectioner's sugar)
6oz self raising flour (don't know the AMerican equivalent)
3tbsp corn or rice flour
1.5 oz honey
1.5 oz peanut butter (smooth or chunky, I used smooth 'cos I was piping them)

preheat oven to 375F/190C

soften butter. cream butter and sugar. add honey and PB.
beat in flour a little at a time.
when smooth, pipe or dollop mixture onto your tray and bake until golden (10 mins or so)

they're so yummy, really crumbly.

oh how I love my tea, tea in the afternoon. I can't do without it, and I think I'll have another cup very
ve-he-he-he-heryyyyyyy soooooooooooon!!!!

Very nice! I know someone who'd love for me to make those for him. I'd need to quadruple the recipe, at least.
