Hello from suburbia
Hello from suburbia
Hi everyone,
I have been reading the posts on here for a little while now and thought it was finally time to come out of the closet and join! Hubby and I live in suburbia in Crawley (south east england) with a tiny house and only a front garden. However, we grow veg, make bread, jams, etc and generally try and be as selfsufficientish as possible :-). I've just managed to get an allotment (though not officially, a friend is going to Australia for a few years and wants to keep her allotment so I'm babysitting it!) and am flicking through veg catalogues now wondering what to plant! Hope to pick up lots of advice here!
Best wishes
Nicola

Hello! Welcome to ish!
I live in subusria too with a very small garden, but I do have an allotment. They are great, really rewarding, and fun. We have loads of corgettes at the mo.

Hello!
They're not weeds - that's a habitat for wildlife, don't you know?
