we were quite lucky we have had a few pounds of gooseberrys, potatoes and even an old fashioned galvanised watering can, although the houses are quite close they are mainly retired people and some are fortunate enough to have the allotments at the back of there garden, this is a bonus as they keep an eye on the site but were it is situated in Redcar its very quiet and literally at the far end of the site across the road is the sea but we are sheltered from the wind, it has quite a good little microclimate.
