Just caught myself trying to log into a forum with my WORKS name...

I used to sign off lots of letters at the end of the day when I worked in an office and one evening after work I found myself signing a cheque "Irwin Mitchell"

The worst I've done in that way was trying to get into my own backdoor - from the garden into the kitchen - with the swipe card!!! Argh!

I then knew it was time for a holiday.

My scariest name goof was being passed a slip to sign for bank withdrawal at 16 and looking at the blank box and going totally blank..... Absolutely nothing, scanned women's names in head, then caught sight of name on my bank book. Was convinced I was going doolally for a month. Exam stress for you!

And I bet you got a few suspicious looks from the cashier...

Yup and she was a mother of a girl in my year at school so I got totally paranoid (especially at 16). Thankfully moved house within weeks.
