Having all your stuff with the same fuel makes sense Magpie and I think that biodiesel will probably be more efficient that trying to charge a vehicle with solar panels running at (here anyway) $10 per Watt of generation. You would have to have enough excess generation capacity, which in summer may be OK but could leave you afoot in Winter!
