Earlier today I sliced up about 5 large bananas and lay then in one layer on a baking tray .. covered them and froze for some hours until they were frozen. They blitzed them with a carton of soya cream ... you could eat it like this (like a Mr whippy texture) .. but mine has gone back into the freezer to firm up.
I stirred some freshly made almond brittle into it for a bit of decadence. Now all I have to do is wait for it to firm up!
It's going to be 32 degrees here next week, so I think I'll be making more ice-cream! I'll stir some of my strawberries into it I think
