My name is John, as you can see from my signature and I live in an idilic dream, for us, house in the South of France. It's tough I know, but hell, someone has to do it??
We try to live a healthy life and eat as much Bio (organic) as we can, including some VERY nice local Carbardes wine. I used to make a lot of our own wine, including elderflower champoo, but coals and Newcastle come to mind so we are able to spend more time examining the local stuff
