The title of this post sums up how I feel about finding this site.
There I was looking for a recipe for elder flowers and this site appeared.
I live in a semi rural setting with a medium garden,3 huge boys,husband (great fix it man),dog and assorted other pets.
I grew up in London and I was lucky because we lived by a big park and my mother was a great gatherer,so we often found mushrooms etc.
I now grow some of my own,try to reuse or recycle and have brought up my techno boys to love the idea of self sufficiency!
Really nice to here from others who are trying to do this as well.
