Hello

Post: # 108381Post zygote »

My name is Enjay, and I originally joined to lurk about, but since I've jumped right in and posted on the forum elsewhere (twice! ) I thought I'd introduce myself.
I am a mom to three, and a full time college student (nursing), we live on a suburban plot in an older neighborhood that is transitioning from retired homeowners to younger families. We're working on building a slower, healthier, lower impact lifestyle.

As a matter of fact, I've spent the last few evenings folding all the handouts I received last semester into pots for my transplants, who knew reusing/recycling could feel so rebellious! :headbang:
My friend, it is not what they take away from you that counts, it's what you do with what you have left.

Hello Enjay

Welcome to Ish! I've made pots from newspapers before - it's great fun.

Yes...and no.
My legal name is Nancy-Jane, my mother started calling me NJ in the hospital and used that as my first name, however the receptionist at the pediatrician was not the brightest crayon in the box and always asked how that was spelled. My mother finally spelled it E-N-J-A-Y and that's what it's been ever since. The only things that use my legal name are my drivers license, my marriage license, and my divorce papers.
