Hello Everyone

Post: # 106808Post ultrazapp »

My name is Andy and I am very lucky as I work for an environmental charity called CREATE and I even get paid for it.

I was born a country lad and I have been lived it ever since. Ironically it has only been this year after a health scare that I have actually opened my eyes to the wonderful things around me that nature has to offer.

Well that's it I am hooked. I have stopped going to Hamburger sellers that have Scottish names. I have lost over a stone in weight and I have even started to eat vegetables and fruit and “Enjoy Themâ€

I like the use of the name 'hamburger sellers that have Scottish names', reminds me of that Shakespeare play.. the scottish one.. that no one mentions either...

Thanks Guys

For your warm welcome. I cannot believe after all the years of being a country bumpkin "And ignoring it" (Durrrrr) I seem to have once again found my vocation.

My wife Gail who has always taken the time over the last twenty five years to cook healthy and look after the family she now has a rival in the kitchen.

I cook I also brew and Gail has started to make bread and I have also added home made ice cream to the list.

Hopefully we can share our experiences with you all and share in the learning experience.

Regards,

Hello UZ!

Why wait 'til next year? It's not too late to grow a few toms or salads in pots.
