Gidday O.K. the ewe jokers I guess I better poke my sticky beak in here too. The bloody bunnies ate a lot of my onions this season too. But what are left grew too big as well. And Boots, of course Aussies can count. Up to 10 anyway, like fingers and now they can also count up to 10 wickets. OOps, I ...

Gidday I fully aggree with Kev. I alweays plant everything I can at intervals through the year. The only things I don't are the likes of corn and onions and things like that that take a long time to mature or have a very short growing season here. Another exception is cauliflowers and cabbages and w...

Gidday Well not knowing how far north or south you are I am not sure. But it will depend more on the breed of ewe that you have, like a polled dorset you may be too late as they can breed almost any time of the year, but most other breeds normally only start about now. A bit can also depend on the c...

Gidday Yeah you are right Boots. One of the most succulent and tasty parts of a cattle beast is the cheek meat. However it is very strong meat because of all the glands and you will find it will make you feel very satisfied with a much smaller portion. But I think all the cheek meat just goes down t...

Gidday I don't believe that any question is stupid. However sometimes answer can be and many may think mine is. However my answer here is what I actually believe even though many will think it is wrong. As for the horse poop, it won't cost you anything to do what I said and use heaps on one half and...

Gidday Well I am very sorry folks but this must look like a high Jack, not that I am though. Muddypause, thank you for your advice. I think it looks like I have to change the image size of everything for this sight and it didn't make the difference I feared on the other site either. Now after that I...

Gidday Now I remember this subject coming up on an Yanky forum and it was shock horror you can't do that think about all the germs or something. They didn't even like the thought of using any animal waste products without some sort of treating. But I have always used it whenever I get a chance with ...

Gidday Well comfrey is top of the list as far as I am concerned. Many years aogo it got a bad name for damaging the livers of some people, but it was a fashion thing at the time and some people are so stupid that they will overdo any fashion. The roots of the plant are even stronger in goodness than...

Gidday Well this here is sure a hard thing for me to participate in cos I just don't get time to look at everything. I have a fairly narrow field of interest so for me to say someone was best something when I probably read less than half of the posts would be unfair to the majority. However I will b...
