I use them in nettle and mushroom lasagne - instead of spinach - eat them!!!! nasty stingy things!

Keep convincing them that this is fun! jam making, making things, growing things is such a laugh and it's a hobby, nice and cheap - how about getting your other half into home brewing - plus money saving - my other half loves free fire wood and cutting up old skirting boards and pallets to save mone...

Celariac!!!! Ilove that veg in ways I can ramble on about for years! fell in love with it in France, celariac rapé with mayonaise!!!! i love them almost as much as artichoke!

I thought of more........ walk more use the train get a lodger - same house more people in it - less waste wear clothes until they really are dirty grow some of our food don't water the garden with 'new' water use solar charger for the shed light use the scrap store to make things for the house such...

Well.........I can't take any credit for this as the garden is dearly beloved's department! We have been collecting perfectly tilled, very fine soil that we have been adding to pots and raised beds and some very brilliant diggers have dug it very neatly for us.
