i have read up about it, but there is very limited info out there.
some sources say that all parts are poisonous, some say that if you strip the outer bark off of the branch, you can eat or make medicines out of the remainder of the stem. If anyone knows the full story please tell.

hello, i have read many of your things on elderberry wine and such but i just read in a book that the berries, leaves, and stem are considered to be poisonous. whats the deal?

hello everyone. my father smokes cigarettes, and i was wondering if anyone knows of any smoking substitues that would be more healthy; something i could grow, and dry sorta deal. I know that any kinda smoke is bad, but anything healthier, homegrown would be better for my dad, and less money. thanks ...

thanks matty, and yes i guess everyone drinks coffee in the us.........but im in Canada! haha, we have our beloved Tim Hortons. But even that costs more money, so I think ill give the percolator a go.

well i spoke to my grandmother and she suggested a device called a percalator. basically a heat driven coffee machine (non electric) so im going to try it out.
