reusing double glazing

We are having our old French doors replaced. They are 30 years old and have a tiny airgap between the glass. We will have 6 pairs of doors each having two pairs of sealed units 44 x 88 cm. Has anyone tried using these in a greenhouse or leanto. If so what did you use as a frame? All suggestions grat...

How about a section for glut recipes. One year I had about 400 cucumbers from 2 plants. I even left them on peoples doorsteps. Same with figs. I have a WI book covering some produce which is good but I feel that being able to go to a section and then "drill down" as it were to tomatoes , c...

I abhor waste. There are times when the question "what are we having for dinner?" is answered with "left overs" Thing is, if the dish is not superb there is no problem but if it is you can never reproduce it.

So, 'to cascade' is to disseminate. I must admit that I had to check the spelling. One of my pet hates is not as in 'he is very talented, not' I can't even work out how such a phrase should be punctuated.
