...just watched the Jeremy Kyle Show. A rigid back is keeping me away from everything else, so I turned on the telly to look at the news, had a spotch around and ended up with that :oops: :oops:

What a hoot! It has to be one of the funniest shows on TV. I did laugh out loud once and hurt my back again. Are these people REALLY real?

Of course, now it's going to be hard not to be tempted in future just to have a little look. I MUST NOT WEAKEN!!!!!!
