Just realised from my profile that I haven't posted so here is my first post. I recognise a lot of names here from other forums/websites so feel I know many of you already, as you will recognise me. We live on the North York Moors in a small village with various pets and projects. Look forward to learning and sharing here.

Had a look at your website - pity I don't have a special occasion coming up...

I can vouch for Mrs Nesbitt, I came into contact with her on the downshifting website and as I was going on a short break to the Whitby area, called in to see her, she was most welcoming, made a lovely lunch for me and hubby, she is just lovely, a warm, generous and very creative person. If only everyone was like her!

Really like Whitby - although I haven't spent enough time there - there's a fantastic YHA hostel at Boggle Hole (and one at Whitby) great cliff top walks etc - fell down and bruised my bum last time
its very hilly - with bits of the path missing where they have fallen into the sea :(

Envy your seaside lifestyle- oh yes - is it me being dim - where is the website you refer to - (not the country life one)
:?
