pressure canner?

I have been canning for years now, but with the weck methode see http://www.weckcanning.com/docs/about_weck.htm.
I would like to can dried beans and pumkins, but for safety reasons it should not been done with the warm water bath.
For some time I have been looking for a pressure canner, but the only place I can buy them is in the States.
Does any one knows if I can buy one in Europe?
Can I use my weck jars in the pressure canner?
Hope some of you can help me.
