I have a small patch of garden which I have currently "built" a bit of wall around and it currently has gravel etc on. None of which is relevant but thought I'd share!
I discovered when the plumber came to put my water meter in that apparently my stop cock is under there so must dig it out and find that soon (never know when you may need it) whilst thinking about this I realsied this spot would be ideal to heighten the wall slightly and make it a SMALL veg or herb patch which is where we get to the but............
my neighbour informs me that the previous property owner had a large "butterfly" bush (I cut it down - rather than dig it out, a couple of years ago) under which he'd buried his beloved dog (dead I assume)

I'm really not wanting to dig there but it is a great spot and I need to tackle this.
Has anyone any ideas what I may or may not find (if he wrapped it or not)
ALSO - can I "bag it up" and take it to the tip?
ALSO - most important - would this have contaminated the soil so I can not eat what I plant? If so its pointless I suppose and I may as well pave it and grow in pots instead?

Sorry if I've upset anyone - but some questions just do that I guess
By the way Andy - great pasta hanger upper!!! thanks
