Well i managed to get my broad beans in this morning, it just goes to show how unfit you get so quickly, just doing somthing so easy and simple............... i am shattered, i sat down had a cup of tea and my hands were shaking, but it was great to be outside again doing a bit, little bit at a time

You've done better than me mate! All I have to do is a little light weeding and my legs go to jelly and shake like hell. Well done, nice to feel like you're getting somewhere........don't know where just somewhere .

I know what you mean, I helped OH shred some prunings yesterday. All I did was pick them up and hand them to him, occasionally pulling off side shoots that wouldn't fit easily. We were at it for about 3 hours but I was absolutely b*ggered afterwards - and I have no ill health other than idlitis!

Good ol' boy! Got my beans in about a week ago....... twas a hot sunny day, so had to sit down after and have a cold glass of home-brew!
