While fossicking through fossilised removal cartons, I turned up my collection of chocolate pudding and cake recipes. I've spent ages typing some up for my blog, so please excuse me for not repeating myself here as it would take too long and I have hungry pigs to feed. Instead, I'll put some linkies. Enjoy...

I'm gradually getting all the recipes on the blogs and am making one a fortnight as funds permit. The OH's work colleagues have asked if I'll make some for them if they provide the ingredients. Hmm, how much of a piece will I get?

Chocolate courgette cake?

Did that several times last year, then moved onto chocolate beetroot brownies, now branching out and trying other recipes.

I'm having a baking session tomorrow which will involve beetroot and courgette but no chocolate. Ginger and treacle and golden syrup though with the beetroot and a recipe for courgette cake with ground cardamom which I've been itching to try since last winter! Damn my husband for watching his weight!
