Hello from sunny Birmingham

Post: # 201505Post Shirleymouse »

Hi

Have recently moved from a flat to a house with a proper allbeit quite small garden. The first thing i did was plant some lettuce seeds a few weeks back and I have a bumper crop. So impressed with myself I've planted a few more bits and pieces and discovered the website whilst researching how to grow stuff! It's all very exciting! :sunny:

Hi - I'm still very excited but a bit disappointed it has failed to rain all day, I'm giving it till 9 before I go out and do the watering myself!

MuddyWitch, I notice your signature - I'm thinking of getting a dog and would really like a retired greyhound as I think they're beautiful. I've never had a dog before, are they fairly easy to look after? Also, I heard they are OK for people with allergies - is that true?

Hi there and welcome
Let us be lovely
And let us be kind
Let us be silly and free
It won't make us famous
It won't make us rich
But damn it how happy we'll be!
