Hi Hunnies - I'm home!

Post: # 200674Post Milims »

And boy am I glad to be back to normailty! As you may or may not know, in March I was head hunted to take on a new job managing property auctions. I go to travel around the country, stay in hotels and eat in posh restaurants - all quite exciting and out of my comfort zone! However the project went pearshaped, my department was closed, I had my car taken off me, the director (my friend who head hunted me) walked out and although they said they wanted to keep me on they couldn't say what my job would be. So here I am on my first day of unemployment and loving it! I've finally finished the book I was given for my birthday, done 3 loads of washing, cooked a roast dinner followed by pudding, caught up with my friend, am going to spend a lovely evening snuggled up on the garden swing in front of the fire pit with Chris and at some point may make jam!
Let us be lovely
And let us be kind
Let us be silly and free
It won't make us famous
It won't make us rich
But damn it how happy we'll be!

welcome back milims to the world or Sanity (chocolate) and freedom, its time to be silly and have some fun
Our remote ancestors said to their mother Earth, "We are yours."
Modern humanity has said to Nature, "You are mine."
The Green Man has returned as the living face of the whole earth so that through his mouth we may say to the universe, "We are one."

Sooooooooooooooo - now that you've returned to normality, are you going to have to barter for a bit instead of using money? Reality hasn't dawned yet then?

Never mind, it's good to see you back and if you're happy with life that's good too.

Oh congratulations on your unemployment. I just hope you didn't lose any money. I've been asked to back to work by a former boss and I've accepted. I really wish I hadn't. I've only got two weeks left before I start back at work. I'm dreading it!!!
