yet another show us your patch

I'm bored this afternoon.....

my herbs:

Image

clockwise from top left: parsley, chives, oregano, nasturtiums (self seeded, why there no idea) and thyme.

Image

this bit left to right:
poppies and bell hyacinths, rhubarb, PS brocolli, marigolds, carrots x 3 rows, corriandar, garlic, loganberries, raspberries, gooseberries, strawbs and a concrete planter of pansies cos I loves me some pansies. also self seeded from last year.

and this, the most messy but to me most beautiful bed:

Image

ok, the big shrub is a rosemary. then we have under that a drawer full of bbc dig in salad seeds. behind that is my compost bin topped off with the cracked teapot i make jim pee in as a compost activator. more PS brocolli, under which are more marigolds and some rocket. garlic plants next to that, more rocket, more corriandar, more brocolli, more carrots and more marigolds. then come the planters, garlic, a forgotten red onion from last year so no idea how big that is. it's just beginning to go into flower theough. more garlic. some of my garlics are from a supermarket bulb and will be saved for sowing next year, some are commercially bought grow it yourself garlic, hence the differences in size. more chives cos they grow like a weed in my garden and I love it, then we have my dandelion and salad drawer, my planter with some mint and a couple of garlics in and finally my baby pepper plants.

and i have a bag of potatoes behind where i was standing.
oh how I love my tea, tea in the afternoon. I can't do without it, and I think I'll have another cup very
ve-he-he-he-heryyyyyyy soooooooooooon!!!!

Wow Mrs F, you certainly make the most of a small space, and you put me to shame for wasting lots of my space.
If everyone was like you the world would be a far better place ... well done. :salute:

Big Rosemary! The shrub, I mean

Ive not got much to show, just a little spinach and chard. we've done very little in our garden this year as with all the shenanigans we were really late starting. So we're just concentrating on the polytunnel for growing and we're going to revamp the veg garden.

So next year I hope to be able to show you our beautiful new garden. Well we live in hope

Well done Mrs Fibble, I think when you have a small space you make more of it. I always feel like I have to ram in as much as possible in my seriously small garden just because it's so small.

I'm bloody hopeless at posting pics, but there are loads of both of the raised bed in the community garden, and my back garden (I say garden. I mean yard) on my bloggy type thing.

I took my dog to play frisbee. She was useless. I think I need a flatter dog.
