Herbal teas?

i live fairly close to a health food store and i recently visited to check it out

i saw an AMAZING collection of ethnic teas and such and would like to begin a normal system for health reasons as well as relaxation and other benefits

tips on good teas and how to prepare???

favorite teas??

any other questions regarding this would be GREATLY appreciated

Stay at home Mummy to Orin 8, Trixie 6 and Temogen 4 . Also three Chickens Dottie, Poppy and Dr Mumbo. Three cats called Flossie and Pickle and Lexi.
