Self sufficientish ers meet up - get brewing
Ok, so we are still trying to decide where abouts and when to meet up. How about we say in about 6 weeks time, that is enough time to ferment some ales to bring along.
I think that the north midland is going to be the easiest place to get to for all of us in the UK. Is this right? So Nottinghamshire sounds like a plan.
Who is with me on this?

I'm hoping to be in Bristol in June... got an appointment for J to see the specialist at Frenchay in April but trying to change it til June 10th or that weekend as there is a CLAPA fundraising barbecue...
I don't suppose June would be a goer???

Anything in May or June SHOULD be ok with me - but there's always the chance of work committments that I can't get out of... So the sooner I know the date, the better. I'm booked for the Royal Show in Edinburgh, for example, just a couple of days in June.

There's a lady in our LETS who has (according to the directory) an Eco camp in Appley (near Wellington, Somerset) she charges 5Tones/£5 per night- I could explore that if you want- I've got 40 Tones at the moment so if I had an idea how many would be interested I'd be willing to donate those to the cause- which would take the cost down a notch, and it would give us a chance to try our new tent out within dashing distance back home!
I have already started a 5 gallon bucket of Ale!
Here's a map to see where I'm on about.......
kind thoughts
