), thought I'd finally get around to introducing myself.Hubby & I garden a long, thin 1/4 acre; 28 raised beds, a small orchard and a tatty polytunnel (maybe Santa will bring me a new cover for it?). We try to be as organic as possible, but occasionally we do resort to a systemic for the bindweed both our neighbours share so selflessly with us.
We share our home with our youngest daughter & her b/f, as well as two ex-racing greyhounds. The former providing extra muscles occassionally (remember that if Santa comes through!
), in return for cheap rent. The latter are the best rat & squirrel deterants known to me! (Foxes & cats don't come 'round any more either.) Looking forward to boring you all with my thoughts,
