not getting emails

I haven't received a lot of the emails I'm meant to get for being subscribed to topics. A few are coming through, but having checked the new posts I'm subscribed to, I should be getting lots more emails. Is anyone else having this problem? I'm trying to work out if it's a problem with the Ish site or if Richard's been making our computer 'run more smoothly' again

it seems that your e-mail provider does not like us.

you can try to see if your provider has a whitelist and add admin@selfsufficientish.com to it.

the reputation of the shared mail server will take a while to sort out

I'll ask Richard to have a look at it as he's better with these things than me. I use the computer, he mends it

I've just talked to Richard and he said he's having the same problem with two other forums he's subscribed to, so it seems it's our daft provider. Thanks for taking the trouble to check this out for me, I can pass on the message in the error code to our provider and hopefully they'll then be able to get their act together.
