banging head on table
I'm having a bit of a rest from Sophie's winter coat stitching. I had such a hard time trying to work out howto put the lining in and having worked it out I need a nice sit down, cuppa and biscuit!!!
I've got who do you think you are on iplayer and have just watched today's neighbours so when it comes to half five tonight I'm not going to be stopping hahahahaha!!!
cooking dinner is the only thing I'll be doing besides finishing her coat today as it's flipping freezing here and her pink one no longer fits (though her muppetskin one does fit still)

As someone who often finds she can't leave the house, I keep cartons of UHT milk, powdered milk and frozen/half baked bread rolls in the house at all times

I do hope that this skin came from a free-ranging muppet that was humanely killed?mrsflibble wrote: (though her muppetskin one does fit still)

As far as the person who sold it to me could tell, it was a locally caught and humanely killed free range muppet who had lived a short but happy life roaming the fields along side the A13

Re: banging head on table
I have heard dark tales of muppets bred in captivity and released into the wild by well-meaning muppet-rights activists. I do hope its short life was not spent in confusion and a niggling feeling it should be running up and downstairs counting manically...

Re: banging head on table
It is an unhappy truth that the battery muppet finds it very difficult indeed to adapt to life outside the cage. Very quickly many fall victim to pigs with 5th dan in karate.
Frankly, being flattened by a forty tonne truck on the A13 or other major trunk road could come as a blessed relief.
I'm delighted that Mrs F took the trouble to check the origin of her muppet skin. She, at least, can rest easy in her bed.

Re: banging head on table
I've had that sort of a day too, too much computer, too much phone,
too much research that led no where, I feel like I've hit every wall in the book today and its time to stop, pass the tea Mrs. Flibble, I need reviving.

PS. If you see Tea, hug her for me, hugs to you and Sophie too
