Dr. Who, he wanted to warn the ISH people of earth that a spaceship from another planet had crashed and it was filled with a load of chemical fertilizer that would make any vegetable that it was in contact with grow very large and take on human like qualities, or at the very least, michael jackson like qualities, the only way to neutralize the chemicals were to use.......................
