Any law worded that way is purely to create ambiguity, it means that someone can be held, arrested, tried and convicted of thought crime... disturbing... at any point during the process the police can drop the charges and they don't even have to appologise for false arrest (or whatever) ... a high price for our democracy to pay for so called freedom.

I heard on the news that BAA are saying that anyone distrupting the normal running of the airport would be arrested.

Frankly, that could be just about anyone who owns a bottle of peroxide hair bleach, some saltpetre for curing meat, any reasonably advanced texts on physics, biochemistry or chemistry; detailed maps; tools like heavy-duty bolt cutters; weedkillers, or, even, a computer.

Have I missed anyone?

I too have issues with many things in our society, after reading the many comments here, may ask you for your alternatives, so as to give us some insight into a different form of Governance. In this way we can see whether this would be beneficial to society and to the world as a whole. As I agree with many of the views here I find difficulty in coming up with answer's to many of them and would like to hear of your veiws.
