press will produce clearer juice. juice form a food processor made into wine will have a lot more suspended solids so be slower to fement and harder to clear.
that said, the slower you ferment wine, generaly the better it is to drink as it has less fusil oils in it - the main thing that produces hangovers!
Clearing the wine can be ignored if it doesnt bother you or you can try chilling it. failing that differnt fining agents can be used to help a stubborn wine clear, so overall, if a processor is what you have, Go For IT
