got a voodoo doll of you and is sticking very sharp pins in it

i swear if it isnt opne thing its another at the moment

i have a big kids party tom for my two girls...a very ish partry as well as its an animal meet and greet session..and ive made all the food from scratch etc including there cakes

anyways all was up to schedule and then yesterday the toilet literally exploded..its a ancient system which was never maintaned lol
so at 4 yesterday we had toilet water floding the flat and the shop downstairs..our landlord finally managed to get a plumber out to us at 6..

the tiolet got fixed at 8...

we have been up all n ight sluicing water out and bleaching everything as it flooded the hallway and litchen

thankfully the main living area ie bedrooms and lounge are up a couple of steps so did not get affected

its now 12.30ish and i have finally finished cleaning everything and pulling carpets up

i am sooooooooo tired its unbeliavable but


the great thing is my cakes didnt get ruined :lol:

Oh yes. OH is a bugger for leaving her shoes where I'll trip over them. I got mad, found a box and put all her stray shoes, magazines, wool, Denby plates etc. into it and put it on the landing. Went to check my wine in the spare bedroom, came back out --- and tripped over the box.

Sounds like you had a worse day than me Tea! Went to collect a trailer and hen house from my parents - stopped to visit my gran on the way...took oor dog in to see her and he cr4pped on her fireside rug...i never noticed and stood in it. Spent the next half hour cleaning up...

Went on to parents and was loading said trailer when I stood (with the same boot too) in another mound of cr4p left under a pile of leaves by their neighbours dog. More cleaning...

Enjoyed tea with my folks and then set off on the 40 mile trip home with trailer and Landy...get 5 miles down the road and the lights blew on the land rover - switch head lights on and they don't come on but front indicators do! Dad comes and to the rescue, Land Rover abandoned at the petrol station and stay overnight at parents. Return in the morning - all lights working fine and head home. Home 3 hours and take a craker of a migraine :oops:

Here's hoping today is better for both of us!
