jane and i have just got back from the sea front at redcar and the tide is in, the waves are crashing over the sea wall, the road is full of sand that is washed in with the waves, and the swell of the waves with the foam looks fantastic, its totally amazing the power that nature has, and scary as well.

Apparently theres a picture of a stupid family from east of our area nearly getting themselves swept away in the daily mirror :shock:

me too, I love the sea, but Wiltshire does have white horses of another ilk

and I've lost count of how many I've seen on their side just there. I've seen new telegraph poles snapped by the wind and slates embedded in wood, we certainly get some weather up here.
