100 kg of Jerusalem Artichokes? :shock: Goodness me - you must like them! :?

I've just lifted my last; and as soon as the snow's gone, I'll just stick a heap of muck over the place where they were last year, and I'm sure there'll be some again this year...

i got my delivery today of jerusalem artichokes, shall be planting them when the weather gets better :roll:

Some are for us, most are for the pigs. We move them as part of the crop rotation and also because they do better moved every couple of years.

Ah, yes... I had hoped that my goats would eat them. They only like the greens, though.
