Since I have lived in France there has been two things missing from my life Fish an Chips and, and a good Pork Pie, believe me we have tried many recipes but they never came close, AND THEN low and behold I noticed Mikes perfect fish and chip batter recipe, on the front page of our wondrous forum, and do you know what? today I ate Fish chips as I remember them and on Wednesday a few friends and we will sit down to another feast , and raise a glass or three and toast, THE GREAT MIKE

Ah well now, a case of the best Cahor wine for the Best Recipe for Pork Pie I receive but the winner must come to collect and visit the vineyards from whence the wine comes.
