Thinking of giving this a go. Has anyone done it?
Where would i find a "mother"?? Any idea's? (Uk based)

I've got a demijohn full of vinegar due to a rather lazy attempt at ginger wine where I left it sitting in the plastic tub too long! very nice vinegar though - I use it for chutneys etc.
For the more scientificly orientated than me Aspall Organic Cyder vinegar is unpasteurised so should do the job as the mother and is easy to get hold of.
