In New Orleans, LA we call this vegetable Mirliton. My dad makes the most wonderful Shrimp and Mirliton dish that's a must for Thanksgiving. If you'd like to try the recipe, pm me and I'll share the recipe with you. :wink:

Hi Steph! Welcome!

Did any UK people try this last year folks? And would there be any advantages to growing it over naturalised squash and pumpkins, which seem to have better flavour?
