66. Fennel seeds in bread (actually, quite a lot of other seeds and things can also be used successfully in bread; it's just that I happened to use fennel in my last loaf)
67. Mustard (specifically Coleman's English mustard powder, but any mustardy type thing would probably do) to enhance the flavour of cheese on toast.
68. Fennel seeds (again) in soap - definitely a non-culinary use! (Honey and lemon (in the form of grated rind) also seems to work quite well, but isn't really herbs or spices).
69. Cumin in chilli con carne. This is, I gather, one of the standard seasonings used (along with the obvious chillies), but I only found out recently and using it has transformed my chilli cooking.
