I sent an email of complaint to the BBC and still not heard anything.

just got this reply -
Thank you for your e-mail regarding 'Gardeners' World'.
Further to your concerns about the free seeds that were offered on the
programme, the producer has replied that they only had a limited amount of
seeds to give away and not everyone who applied got them.
Nevertheless, I do acknowledge your disappointment and can assure you that
your comments on this matter have been fully registered and made available
to the 'Gardeners' World' production team and senior management within the
BBC. Feedback of this nature helps us when making decisions about future
BBC programmes and services and your views will play a part in this process.
I don't remember anything about there being a limited supply. Disappointed.

Indeed there is a limited supply of everything and it would be too late to plant some of the things anyway. - in hindsight I was just being a bit greedy as I have plenty of stuff growing, I hope they went to first time growers or people who really appreciate them.
I have had some contact with the GW team, well one bloke from them who worked on the grow your own veg program. So they are aware of this site, in fact Monty has the same publishers as us, I suspect that there could be some kind of link up in the future, probably after the book is out. - but who knows TV can be very fickle.
Or offer the services of your website members for any special projects that they may be thinking of.

I fully appreciate that there is a limited supply of everything but it seems odd that not even one of the ishers received their seeds... were we just too late??

On Gardeners World last week Monty mentioned that there were 5000 packets of free seeds and I think they got 40 000 requests in the first few days.....kinda makes sense.
No wonder the seed companies gave away free seed I bet there must have been 100' thousands of people request seed, ....with their e-mail addresses.....
All that marketing for what less than £8K....genius
