Educational Kids game

Hello all,

I have just put the finishing touches on a little game that i have written based on the top trumps game, and wondered what all the parents out there thought?

We have had a look and a quick go - my OH knows too much about the good stuff in fruit and veg but even he was surprised about the vit C in broccoli!!! It looks to be a good game and we are certainly going to put the kids onto it!!! Its principle is simple, it looks atractive, its interesting and has quite a few surprises - well done you!!! I think I'll point it out to school too - could be a very useful educational/discussion tool

My six year old is doing food at school so planning to give the link to his class teacher. He did get upset when the game said it looked like he was cheating though.

I agree, i need to adjust the way it deals with "cheating"

I did it in an attempt to stop people using the back button to "try again". But sometimes it seems to not reset this when you deal again.

As an update there will be 10 new cards added today, plus, now all of the nutritional values are FSA approved :)

this has now been updated with a new look site :)

As an aside, we are investigating producing real cards, is this something any parents out there might be interested in?
