Wine from home-grown grapes

Post: # 29370Post Masco&Bongo »

Where do I start?

Our grapes are starting to ripen (seedless black grapes) and we'd like to have a go at making wine... :drunken:

What do we need?

Can we buy kits etc?

Thanks

For a gentle introduction to the art of home winemaking, consult Glenniedragon's work-in-progress at:

What you are unable to blag from freecycle: www.freecycle.org
then a good place to buy some equipment is here:

I recommend that you read CJJ Berry's
First Steps in Winemaking It includes a section on growing and processing your own grapes.
