OK - love them or loathe them, they have finally got something right.

I've just logged onto the internet to make a transfer between two accounts at different banks. By the time I'd logged into the receiving account, the money had arrived, on a Saturday evening. Good or what!

Yeah but.
I bet they wouldn't let you withdraw any of the transferred money until ...
(a) Monday some lowly bank worker did the paper work at Bank 1
(b) Tuesday some lowly bank worker did the paper work at Bank 2
(c) The proprietary 3 working days had elapsed to make sure you really had the money in Bank 1
