Fingers crossed. Even though Monsanto are considering appealing, hopefully this will encourage others who have suffered to bring it to light.

The local gardeners association has a list of all the chemicals which have been banned for home use in gardens. Some of the "old boys" are big time upset that their favourite poisons are no longer on sale. I'm mighty surprised that some of them are alive still mind and that known deaths have been alcohol and fags related.
